Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Ziulk ("we," "our," or "us") located at ziulk.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site.

Description of Service

Ziulk provides free online developer tools including cryptographic utilities, encoding/decoding tools, and ID generators. All tools process data locally in your browser (client-side), meaning your data never leaves your device.

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Hash generation (MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-512, etc.)
  • Encryption and decryption tools (AES, RSA)
  • JWT encoding, decoding, and verification
  • Base64, URL, and HTML encoding/decoding
  • UUID and nanoid generation
  • Password generation
  • Various text and data transformation utilities

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the tools on our Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing and use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials except for personal use
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Ziulk at any time.

User Responsibilities

THE MATERIALS ON ZIULK'S SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS. Ziulk makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Ziulk does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Site.

Security Notice

While our tools process data locally in your browser for maximum privacy, you acknowledge that:

  • MD5 and SHA-1 are considered cryptographically weak and should not be used for security-sensitive applications
  • You are responsible for the secure handling of any keys, passwords, or sensitive data you generate or process
  • We do not guarantee the cryptographic security of any output for mission-critical applications
  • You should always verify critical operations using multiple independent tools

Limitations

In no event shall Ziulk or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Ziulk's Site, even if Ziulk or a Ziulk authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Ziulk's Site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Ziulk does not warrant that any of the materials on its Site are accurate, complete, or current. Ziulk may make changes to the materials contained on its Site at any time without notice.

Ziulk is designed as a self-contained platform for developer tools. Our Site does not include external links to third-party websites. All tools and functionalities are provided directly within our platform, ensuring a seamless and secure experience without redirecting users to external destinations.
